Ruth Bucknell’s kids at Wairarapa College are showing us all how to make a super creative tapestry with very imaginative applique techniques.  Here, Zac Walker and his classmates show us how long Velvet is just with two pieces added.  There are now at least 50 sections currently being sewn…. and we’re aiming for a wrap around the Beehive in Wellington at the end of the year!  Richard Wallis’ Enviro Group students are also keen to sew and help spread the project farther.  Thanks Ya’ll!

Wairarapa Teens Show their section as well as the one at Aratoi in process.
